Behavior Technician (BT)

Bring your energy and passion! We’ll train and certify you as an RBT within 60 days, giving you the tools to make a real difference every day.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Work directly with children to bring ABA therapy to life. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans that support lifelong skill development.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead clinical care and shape the future of the team. Your expertise will ensure every child and family receives high-quality support.

Do I need experience to become an RBT?
Nope! If you’ve worked with kids or have the heart to learn, we’ll train and certify you from the ground up.
How long does it take to get certified as an RBT?
Most of our new hires are certified within 60 days — and yes, we pay you during training.
